The journey begins with craft demonstrations, and fun Hawaiian games. If you’ve chosen the train ride upgrade ($18 per person) then the train ride comes next. You’ll see the Kauai Plantation during this leisurely ride. The open bar starts at 5 p.m. and continues until 7:30 p.m. The Imu Ceremony is followed by dinner, dessert, and some pre-show performances. The main show begins at 7:30 p.m.
The dinner is served buffet style, so you can help yourself to numerous Hawaiian favorites. Lomi Lomi Salmon, Taro Rolls, Kalua Pork, and Teriyaki Chicken are just a few of the many options.
